PRODUCTION HEAD

• Bachelor’s degree in a similar field
• preferably 4-5 years of experience in related field
• must know GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) with regards to production (experience in cosmetics, Homecare and personal care production an advantage).
• has an in-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
• has excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.
• amenable to work in Bulacan area.
• can start asap!!

• oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.
• plan workers’ schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.
• organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• monitor production to resolve issues
• supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
• ensure output meets quality standards
• enforce health and safety precautions
• report to upper management
