Job Description - Production Supervisor

Assists the Plant Manager in the following areas:

Day-to-day supervision and administration of the processing and packaging sections to ensure effective production of quality products;
Enforcement of quality procedures and consistent observance of work instructions;
Implementation of company policies;
Coordination with various departments in ensuring on-time delivery;
Design, lay-out, maintenance and maximum utilization of equipment;
Conduct of time and motion studies;
Simplification of work methods;
Serves as ISO internal quality auditor.

Basic Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial)
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced in Food Manufacturing
