Production Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years’ experience of Production Supervisor or other similar position.
• With background in warehouse and inventory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Organizational and leadership abilities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA safety certification, certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), and Certified Manufacturing Specialist (CMS) is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Discipline and coach employees٫ monitoring their adherence to company rules and guidelines.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• Check production output according to specifications.
• Conducting reviews for personnel performance
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Identify issues in efficiency, safety, cleanliness and suggest improvements.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards for equipment and facilities.
• Handles Certifications.
• Assist in the hiring and dismissal of employees
