Program Lead

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Streamline communication for clients and partners to enable business success

•Review data / trends and perform deep-dive analysis to drive improvement

•Respond and communicate promptly to all inquiries from clients and partners

•Collaborate with various parties to define strategic scope / improve KPIs

•Provide innovative solutions to overcome business challenges

•Identify risks and proactively engage senior management to resolve

•Build cooperative relationships with client and partners

•Perform status tracking, efficiency analysis, resource allocation, data analysis, change log management, and overall process management support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Prior experience leading a BPO Operations is required

•Additional experience in Program Management, Consulting, Business Analysis is preferred, not required

•Excellent English communication skills, both written & verbal

•Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably major in Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, and similar degrees

•Data-driven with a keen analytical mindset

•Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

•Ability to build and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with coworkers, clients, and partners

•Driven to learn and absorb information at a rapid pace

•Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations and environments

•Able to think creatively and present out-of-the-box solutions

•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
