QA Specialist (Apalit, Pampanga)

• The QA Specialist is responsible for the overall execution of environment and quality related programs for the site and in carrying out analytical services and laboratory activities in a safe and efficient manner to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• The QA Specialist will be the site Nominated Deputy for the Operations Safety & QRA Manager and will be the Quality Controller/batch releaser for Medical Gases.
• The QA Specialist will perform sampling, testing and validating specifications for medicinal gases from production to release to
  customer as required by the Food and Drug Administration.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with minimum supervision and must maintain a positive working relationship with the customers, peers and Supervisor.
• The Local Vigilance Officer (LVO/LSO) Officer Deputy is responsible for establishing and maintaining a local pharmacovigilance (PV) system and procedures within the country.

What is your role?

• Maintains relevant site licenses by liaising with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Acts as site nominated deputy for QRA Manager and as Quality controller/Batch releaser for medical Gases.
• Acts as Qualified Person for Medical Products for Sta Rosa, Laguna Site and Deputy Qualified Person for Medical Products for Apalit, Pampanga Site.
• Facilitates Quality Control and Laboratory Operations
• Supports ISO 17025 Laboratory Accreditation and Operations:
• Acts as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) for Apalit, Pampanga Site.
• Assists in rendering prompt analytical service to internal and external customers.
• Supports the Quality Management system of the site.
• Completes necessary reports, documents and records as required.
• Acts as a Deputy Pharmacovigilance Officer for Linde Philippines -Luzon

• Two (2) years of working experience as a QA in Manufacturing, Quality Control Laboratory, Industrial plant & the like
• Licensed Pharmacist
• Adept in government regulations on medicinal products
