Manufacturing
Supervise Quality Control team and compliance activities to achieve key performance objectives
Develop testing methods and schedules based on product requirements
Identifies areas in need of method modifications and staff training
Maintain documented quality records within the QC section.
Implement controls to ensure that non-conforming products are controlled to prevent unintended use or delivery
Collect, analyze, and evaluate data arising from monitoring and measurement
Identify, train, and schedule manpower requirements of the quality control department in a manner that will optimize manpower in relation to production load
Ensure actions to address risk and opportunities are implemented and maintained
• Graduate of any Engineering course
• With related experience working under QA/QC in Manufacturing company
• With experience in in-line process and other QA/QC Task
• With experience in an ISO Certified company
• Willing to work in an extended work hours

Responsibility: Ensure team meets quality targets. Oversee QC team performance. Ensure all departments meet quality standards, including SC/WC."・Evaluate employee and section performance.・Relay instructions from top management.・Plan and schedule department activities.・Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.・Submit monthly quality reports and recommend training for improvement.・Maintain integrity of quality management system during changes.・Prepare and submit monthly quality reports to OPT-JP.・Conduct regular checks and report results to Assistant Manager/Manager (or higher if necessary).・Recommend training for continual improvement.【Training Structure】Initially, you will gain experience in various departments and fields, possibly including interpretation duties. After gaining an understanding of the entire operation, you will be assigned to a specific department. Primarily, you will utilize your experience to provide guidance, education, and management to local staff.

【To ensure Technical Department meets its target and objectives for QMS and EMS】・Receives instructions from Asst. Manager/ Manager / Top Management;・Assign responsibilities to members;・Conducts daily and periodic checking as related to company targets/ objectives/ as per action plans;・Formulates correction and corrective actions of the section;・With QA functions and has the authority to stop production in case of having quality problem;・Recommends training for continual improvements;・Performs functions according to the different procedures;・Ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs;・Responsible for conformity to product requirements have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems; if not, the affected batch must be contained and shipment to the customer prevented;・Can Generate reports and Data upon request.・Finalization and checking of Action Plan and Management Review.・Work closely with other department QC, QA, Production1, Production 2, Planning, Sales, and HRD department・Personnel with authority and responsibility for corrective action are promptly informed of product or processes that do not conform to requirements.【Training Structure】Initially, you will gain experience in various departments and fields, possibly including interpretation duties.
