Scope & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
• Devise procedures to inspect and report product quality issues.
• Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes of the products and raw materials.
• Monitor all operations that affect quality and analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
• Supervise, train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to ensure that standards are met.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output.
• Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
• Meet financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing annual budget, and scheduling expenditures.
• Report all malfunctions to related teams to ensure immediate action.
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
• Maintain and improve quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.
• Review current standards and policies and propose improvements.
• Ensure all legal standards are met.
• Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
• Ensure complete quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Food Technology, or relevant field.
• Experience in the same industry (Coconut) or other food manufacturing.
• 8 to 10 years in the agriculture industry.
• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or in a relevant role.
• Thorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A certification in quality control is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Coconut Industry is a plus but not required.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
