Quality Management Officer

Title: Quality Management Officer (Supply Chain Operations) The Quality Management Officer is responsible in the management of the quality performance of the JFC Supply Chain accounts (commissary, distribution center or external supplier) through the development of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and QMS-related programs and initiatives, the conduct of QMS audit and other evaluation activities, and analysis of performance results for improvement. job Description

• Conduct of Supply Chain Quality Management Systems audit in commissaries, distribution centers, or external suppliers.
• Management of feedback / evaluation received from auditees; and review of audit reports and auditor accuracy.
• Driving of compliance of JFC commissaries, depots and/or external suppliers with established Quality and Food Safety Systems.
• Development of programs / projects to elevate the accounts quality and food safety systems through coaching and review.
• Development of JFC Supply Chain Quality & Food Safety Management Systems based on best-in-class systems applied and implemented by various companies.
• Conduct of audit calibration and alignment to ensure auditor competency and accuracy.
• Collection, summarization, and preparation of reports on Supply Chain information.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline.
• With a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Food manufacturing or Food service operation in a related field or function; has experience in conducting audits in manufacturing or food service operations
• Preferably with ISO IQA Certification.
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Quality Management Systems and related programs
• Candidate must be flexible to do fieldwork.
