Food Technology & Safety (Science & Technology)
- Conceptualizes and develops products for a specific category need
- Facilitate the product launches from start to end -Conducts DEDVIM (Define, Explore, Develop, Validate, Implement,& Measure) meeting to cross-functional team
- Evaluates and determines appropriateness raw materials, packaging, small wares, & equipment
- Collaborates with cross-functional team to identify opportunities for cost and process improvements (store & plant level)
- Can do sensory and experimental data analysis and reporting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- With background on menu development and new product development.
- Preferably HACCP Certified/Practitioner is advantage.
- With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Menu and Product Development in Store Operations and Manufacturing Plant.
- Intermediate Knowledge on Technical Approach: Sensory Evaluation/Analysis, Physico-Chem & Microbial Analysis.
- With Project Management and Control experience.
- Proficient with oral and written communication skills.
- Food Safety and Serve Safe Certified/Practitioner.
- Willing to be assigned in Santa Maria Bulacan.
