Job Description - Sailpoint Senior Operations Specialist

You will apply your skills and dedication in order to make sure the IAM system is running smoothly. You will be part of the team that the rest of the organization turn to, when there are IAM related issues that needs to be prioritized and handled. You will be handling tickets where you will be involved in troubleshooting within issues and problems, and ensuring all requests are handled. There will be a constant focus on training and developing your skills.

As Senior Operations Specialist your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the IAM first and Single Point of Contact toward our colleagues and customers
  • Handling and documenting IAM related tickets/incidents and service requests
  • Prioritization of and follow-up of tasks according to the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Forward/Escalate requests to other teams if necessary
  • Documentation management (document processes and procedures, update of existing documentation)
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant procedures
  • Assist the Operations Team with specific tasks on a need basis

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree in IT, or Engineering
  • Experience with IAM
  • Experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ , Information System Security (ISS), and Active Directory (AD)
  • The ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a busy working environment.
  • Being a team player
  • Have a troubleshooting mindset
  • The ability to communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills
  • Fluent in English

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
