Job Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and drive revenue growth for the sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible to develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, analyze sales, and find business opportunities that align with industry trends and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to represent the company and promote diagnostics products.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health administration, health management, business administration, or related fields.
At least 10 years of work experience as a sales manager, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
