Job Description - Senior Customer Service Specialist

Senior Customer Service Specialist (Highly Experienced) Needed ASAP

What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
  • Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
  • Amenable to work in US hours and hybrid work modality
  • Can start on May 13, 2024

  • Demonstrates and executes on knowledge and understanding of relevant business processes (organization and/or function-specific processes) at various levels to ensure successful completion of project, process, etc.
  • Applies knowledge of the customer’s business and industry to develop optimal solutions.
  • Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications.
  • Jointly develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural sensitivities with other accountable parties.
