What you'll do:

You will be a vital addition to the team, bringing forward-thinking and innovative approaches to managing our Partner'scurrent Account Managers and overseeing the general operations of our business. This role is pivotal in ensuring the clients' campaigns perform exceptionally well and in freeing up time for sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Leadership and Strategy
  • Manage and support our team of Account Managers who collectively handle around 10 client accounts each, ensuring the delivery of SEO and digital marketing services.
• Operational Oversight
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our agency, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Client Relations and Strategic Development
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their digital marketing needs are met with innovative solutions and strategies.
• Performance Analysis and Improvement
• Regularly review campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes. Ability to think outside the box to resolve poorly performing campaigns is crucial.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with the team to ensure everyone is aligned with project deadlines, objectives, and strategies. Encourage a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.
• Innovation and Growth
  • Contribute to the agency's growth by identifying new opportunities and strategies in SEO and digital marketing. Provide expert advice and recommendations to both the team and clients.

Successful candidates must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Atleast 4 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proactive, engaged, and ready to take on the challenges of a growing business.
  Forward-thinking, assertive, and respectful, with deep expertise in SEO and digital marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, able to devise and implement innovative solutions for improving campaign performance.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing and inspiring a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in both English written and verbal communications.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and potential clients when needed.
• Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
