Site Director

We are seeking a driven and experienced Site Director to lead our bustling operation in Angeles City. As the Site Director, you will oversee all aspects of our site's performance, including Service Delivery, Service Excellence, Service Optimization, and People Management. Your strategic leadership and operational expertise will be pivotal in driving initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the overall success of our business units.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the Customer Support Leadership:

As the Site Director, a crucial aspect of your role is to work closely with the Customer Support Leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's overarching goals and objectives. This collaboration involves regular communication and partnership to ensure that site operations are in sync with broader organizational strategies. By providing input and insights to the Customer Support Leadership, you contribute to shaping the direction of customer support initiatives and programs, ultimately driving success across the organization.

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals:

Your leadership as the Site Director extends to inspiring and guiding a diverse team of professionals. Setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration are essential components of your role. By motivating and empowering team members, and recognizing their contributions, you cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment where individuals feel valued, respected, and motivated to achieve their best.

• Foster strong relationships with global stakeholders:

Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders across the organization is another critical aspect of your role. This involves developing partnerships with senior leadership, other departments, and external partners to address their needs, concerns, and expectations related to site operations. By collaborating with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for synergy, innovation, and continuous improvement, you contribute to strengthening the organization's overall effectiveness and success.

Continuous improvement is a core focus of your role as the Site Director. You proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and performance by analyzing data and performance metrics. Leading cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions, you drive positive change and contribute to the organization's ongoing growth and success.

• Chair the 'Exacot Leadership Team':

As the Chair of the 'Exacot Leadership Team,' you facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and decision-making among team members. • Oversee change management initiatives:

Effective change management is crucial for the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives. As the Site Director, you lead change management efforts by communicating effectively with stakeholders, building buy-in and support for change initiatives, and monitoring their impact. By making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes, you drive positive organizational change and adaptation.

• Collaborate with Group Finance:

Collaborating with the Group Finance team, you ensure effective management of site-level finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. By ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations, and providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, you contribute to the organization's financial health and stability.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of progressive work experience.
• Extensive experience in business management and people leadership roles, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in BPO operations management at the director level, overseeing large teams and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct.
