JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary responsible for the ASL management.

• Reviews supplier documentation during initial approval, reapproval, and supplier exit.

• Issues a DIVE Report based on procedure or work instruction.

• Generate and validate the correction action plan and effectivity of SCAR/DIVE report with supervision.

• Works with general supervision:
PDR – Review and implement supplier actions on provided dispositions when applicable.
NCR – Review, Feedback, and Request Containment at the Supplier.
NoE – Review, Escalate to Quality Team

• Attends, understands, accepts, or rejects Supplier Quality related issues

• Provide data, escape, and PPM for Suppliers .

• Understands and explains supplier quality requirements internally and externally and communicates well with a cross-functional team .

• Performs a supplier audit with general supervision.

• Communicates customer complaints to the supplier to secure root cause analysis and corrective action with general supervision .

• In-charge of managing minimal number (15) of suppliers.

• Supports quality activity to resolve supplier escape.

• Performs a quality system audit with general supervision.

• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree or similar industry qualification.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

• 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good Communication Skills

• Good Analytical Skills

• With Background on the Mechanical and Electrical Commodities

• Good problem-solving sk ills

• Must not have received any disciplinary action for one year.

• Should not be under Performance Improvement Plan.

• With at least a year in his/her current position .
