Sustainability Performance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for three major roles such as Environment Performance and Major Permits across six (6) Republic Cement Manufacturing Plants
• Ensures that the all plants are compliant at very minimum on Environmental Laws (RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 6969, RA 9003, and PD 1586)
• Drives environmental program and policies such as greening projects, water conservation, CO2 reduction initiative, and energy reduction
• Reviews the Annual Reports (Environmental Report and WBCSD CO2 report) prior submission to CRH
• In-charge for the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) amendment projects and making sure that all of the Environmental Permits are up to date
• Acts as a representative for the Cement Manufacturing Association of the Philippines Inc. (CeMAP)
• Acts as authorized representative for the EPR Law

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Environment Engineer/Chemical Engineer
• Preferably with strong cement process background
• Has strong knowledge of environmental laws, rules and regulation
• With 5-8 years experienced as Environment/Sustainability Manager
• Willing to go to our different plant locations
