Technical Associate- Procurement

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Work closely with the Account Management Team on data gathering and Term of Reference (TOR) finalization
• Coordinate the update or progress status of the project to Group Head
• Prepare rate computation based on TOR from the Account Management Team
• Evaluating 3rd party rates used in company operations
• Monitoring Contract validity and renewal
• Work with other support groups to ensure all cost assumptions are within the standard
  
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field or course
• Preferably with background in Logistics and/or Procurement (Cost Finance/ Cost Engineering)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced skills in Excel
• Knowledgeable in budgeting, planning, monitoring projects, pricing/costing, and negotiation
• Must be willing to do field works
