Position: Creative Marketing Specialist

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Central timezone

Monthly Salary: Up to 2,000 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)

Benefits: US public holidays and 15 days of paid time off accrued monthly

About the Company:

A Texas-based, early-stage startup in digital photography.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to landing pages, digital advertisements, social media content, website visuals, and print materials.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's brand image.
• Utilize graphic design software such as Figma, and Canva (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and produce high-quality graphics that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and offerings.
• Work closely with the content creation team to integrate graphic design elements into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the company's visual presence.
• Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to support graphic design projects and initiatives.
• Building, designing, and creating pitch decks
• Designing Instagram and social media marketing campaigns
• Creating e-newsletters
• Design other marketing collateral: pamphlets, take-home cards, one-sheet info pages, etc.
• Design and implement landing pages via Squarespace

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience (Some type of marketing experience is super helpful)
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and techniques, including Graphic Design and Social Media Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Canva, & Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Independent self-starter with the ability to see projects and take them on proactively
• Positive attitude and ability to be flexible with changes and the unexpected
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Portfolio is required
