Position: Marketing Data Analyst

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, a few hours overlap with 10 am - 6 pm EST (subject to change)

Monthly Salary: Up to 1,800 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Financial Analyst. The primary focus of this role will be to manage and report on budget, treasury, and accounting matters, as well as provide assistance to our current assistant on various tasks as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights Generation:
    • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to digital marketing performance.
    • Extract actionable insights from data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns, improve targeting strategies, and enhance overall performance metrics.
  • Statistical Modeling and Predictive Analytics:
    • Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to forecast campaign outcomes, customer behavior, and market trends.
    • Utilize predictive analytics to optimize marketing strategies, allocate resources effectively, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Data Visualization and Reporting:
    • Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate key findings and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation:
    • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, messaging strategies, and creative elements.
    • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns and driving continuous improvement.
  • Data Infrastructure and Tools Development:
    • Work closely with the data engineering team to enhance data infrastructure, streamline data pipelines, and ensure data quality and integrity.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and drive innovation in digital marketing analytics.
    • Ability to relay information to the creative team in an easily digestible way; understand where the creative team is coming from.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years Experience in analyzing complex data sets, uncovering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across all facets of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Statistical Modeling and Predictive Analytics
  • Proficient in analyzing data on Tiktok & Meta
