An Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and actively seek new sales opportunities and create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients and other business partners. Other responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stake holders and preparing sales reports.
He/She also answers to client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, he/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Solutions Pre-Sales, Implementation and Project Management Teams as well as Finance and Business Support) to improve the entire client experience.
An Account Manager also covers marketing activities of the company for both internally and externally, such as support the exhibition activities, online seminar/event, press release, digital marketing etc. for expanding the brand awareness of NEC.
