Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential acquisition targets within the country, focusing on companies operating in industries relevant to our business objectives and AI capabilities. Competitive Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats posed by competing companies. Identify key market trends, emerging technologies, and potential disruptors that may impact our acquisition strategy. AI Expertise: Leverage expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics to develop innovative approaches for identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets. Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the research process. Strategic Insights: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market research findings, competitive analysis, and AI-driven insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop acquisition strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth targets. Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in AI strategy, market research, or business analysis roles, with a focus on technology-driven industries. Strong proficiency in AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
