What You'll Be Doing

This role will be responsible in applying in depth Consumer science and consumer insight knowledge to perform Consumer science and consumer research project management for Avon's Asia-Pacific Cluster. In this role, you will design and execute Consumer science and consumer research projects and support innovation projects and develop and maintain a high level of Consumer science claims support and consumer research capabilities including support external clinical efficacy studies with claims sign offs.

Key Responsibilities includes:

• Build research roadmaps and consumer technical insights including category landscape, competition analysis, innovation trends in partner with R&D leaders, Marketing and Commercials
• Manage the development of new and alternative methods in complex Consumer claims and consumer research.
• Analyze test results from package, claims, aesthetics and fragrance and provide insight
• Design, conduct and deliver reports on Consumer science claims and consumer research.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals, amendments, reports and testing SOP.
• Provide technical advice to others within the specialty and support Consumer science champions in APAC.
