Appointment Setter

MicroSourcing is looking for experienced sales professionals to support our clients' businesses and sales targets. As a BDM/Sales expert, you are expected to:

• Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
• Re-engineer the sales cycle to take on a more consultative and efficient approach
• Achieve set sales targets and objectives
• Negotiate and coordinate with high-value customers
• Retain and develop new business opportunities
• Work closely with key stakeholders to add value and increase business growth
• Research and identify potential leads or customers through various sources like directories, social media, and company websites
• Initiate contact with potential customers and set up appointments and meetings
• Gather market and client information

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in business-to-business (B2B) sales setup, enterprise sales, or IT sales
• Experience with long-cycle sales and consultative selling approach
• Leads generation, outbound calling, and appointment setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales methodologies
• Focused and goal-oriented
