The Role

As an Art Director, you will be supervising the visual direction and design of creative materials in various formats, ensuring they are aligned with our brand, user-centric, and has top-notch aesthetics. You will lead the creative brainstorm sessions with stakeholders, content, and digital marketing teams to craft exceptional creatives that fit with our brand and business goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and support design teams to create diverse collaterals (brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals, motion graphics, and social media content)
• Drive strategic conceptual work, utilizing rapid prototyping and storyboard creation up to post-production
• Ensure adherence to the brand’s guidelines, meet expectations for quality, aesthetics, and deadlines
• Stay updated on current design trends
• Proactively use pop culture trends and innovative techniques to enhance user experiences
• Communicate with clients, understand design needs while sharing ideas
• Lead customer-centric project discussions and provide design solutions aligned with client needs
• Guide and support junior team members on best design practices
• Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines efficiently
• Engage in diverse organizational initiatives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design or related field
• Must have 7-9 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Must have team management experience
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with using Adobe Audition, After Effects, and Premiere Pro is an advantage
• Familiar with social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
• With good collaboration and communication skills
• With creative problem-solving skills
• Experience working with global clients
