Assistant Supervisor Sales Supervisor Group Insurance

Salary: PhP 20,000 -25,000 Job Description: Generate sales from new and existing group accounts as well as the maintenance of existing group business in line with First Life’s goal of increasing its revenues and profitability. Qualifications: Education and Experience  College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.

• Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/courses
• At least five-year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales)

• Communicate and interact in a professional manner
• Negotiate/persuade others for the Company
• Handle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an account
• Supervise sales team and support services
• Conduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management level
• Explain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clients
• Explain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
