This position reports to the Senior Manager, Principal Inventory Cost and will be based in Paranaque.

What you will do

Primarily responsible for developing the consumer business in an assigned sales territory through and in collaboration with an appointed distributor in the area; ensures an efficient and effective Territory Coverage Model implementation resulting in the consistent achievement of revenue (sell-in / sell-out) and marketing objectives while aligning with company policies and procedures, authority approval limits, and all rules and regulations pertaining to Regional Accounts Management.

Key Responsibilities

Exposure management

• Monthly Forecast & BS hedging preparation
• Verification of monthly exposures input in EFS
• Forecast hedging effectiveness
• Currency exposure impact for Business Plan/ major forecast update and Latest Estimate
• Foreign currency rate computation - M rate & Hedged rate
• Communicate of yearly M rate and intercompany stock billing currency
• Month-end closing: Exchange Rate Variances analysis by exposure type for APSC companies
• Review for OCI month end mark to market (MTM) and BS MTM allocation prepared by EBS Accenture

Support Operation

• Quarter-end closing analysis - SC P/L currency variances
• Quarterly currency performance report by country
• Drive the improvement on hedging process and always ensuring compliance
• Guide business partners on financial compliance on hedging process
• Liaise with business partners to resolve/ follow up any issues related to FX
• Support with audit requests related to FX, hedging process for both external and internal audits
• Proactively take ownership for personal development, ensuring a positive work life balance

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of Finance/Accounting work experience
• 4+ years at the Finance Management level
• Experience in using ERP systems required; SAP applications preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, communication, business partnering, problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to succeed in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and across all levels of the organization as required

Desired Qualifications

• Self-motivated with demonstrated leadership and ability to work with senior management
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Profession certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) a plus
