We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to lead the brand marketing initiatives in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of brand marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in driving brand growth and market share. Experience working with multinational brands or local brands with significant contributions to success is highly desirable. The role could potentially be the CMO of the company in the future.

Salary: Php 160,000 – Php 250,000

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, equity, and loyalty.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target consumers and drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive threats.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives, including product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of brand strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as brand awareness, market share, and consumer engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage brand budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment and achieve marketing objectives.
• Lead brand communication efforts across various channels, including traditional media, digital platforms, and experiential marketing events.
• Oversee public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and influencer partnerships, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to approximately 10-12 marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong track record of success in driving brand growth and market share.
• Experience working with multinational brands or local brands with significant contributions to success is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective brand marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and sales growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
