RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION SUMMARY The Brand Strategy and Content Marketing Specialist partners with and reports to the Brand Strategy and Content Marketing Head to create strategies to build and grow assigned ABS-CBN brands. He/she assists in the conceptualization and implementation of strategic plans and campaigns. The BCM Specialist monitors the overall brand health in terms of audience affinity and/or brand equity, ratings/revenue targets, and attainment of other key performance indicators.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
The Brand Strategy and Content Marketing Specialist shall report to the Brand Strategy and Content Marketing Head and will manage assigned ABS-CBN brands via: I. Brand Strategy
- Works with the BCM Manager/ Head to identify the target market of assigned ABS-CBN brands through the analysis of demographics, psychographics, defined media habits, and consumption
- Creates the brand development strategies for the brand
II. Brand Marketing Communications
- Develops integrated marketing communication plans
- Builds and ensures the proper implementation of the brand bible
- Handles message management to ensure that internal and external media platforms are aligned with the communication objectives of the franchise brand
- Implements and monitor brand promotional executions
REQUIREMENTS
- College graduate
- 2 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, brand management, and/or advertising/creative agency
- Digital Savvy
- Familiar with 360 marketing
- Has content appreciation
- Strategic and creative at the same time
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Able to handle projects with minimal supervision
- Works well under pressure
- Is able to work independently and within groups
