Business Development Associate

Job description Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, and/or with equivalent business development credentials and experiences. Demonstrable experience in business expansion, or similar position Strong understanding of membership-based business models. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. With average and/or proficiency in LinkedIn for gathering C-Level leads. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Duties and Responsibilities: Promote Kavanah Exclusives Membership in a professional manner while cultivating a good rapport with others in the sector. Create and implement a through business development plan to meet your membership growth objectives. Work with marketing teams to develop promotions and campaigns that will entice new members. Execute engagement campaigns and get input to keep the membership experience getting better. Assist the marketing, customer support, and product development teams in closely coordinating business development strategies with the overarching objectives of the organization. To improve the total value proposition for members, look for chances to offer special benefits, occasions or content. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift
