CDI TRAINER

As a 2D Artist, you will be responsible for working with the Producer and Lead Artist on the visual development of existing titles as well as new IP within the studio. You are expected to provide the teams with inspirational illustrations as well as production artwork, including concept art on character designs, environment and object exploration, paint overs, storyboards, color, lighting compositions, graphical designs and layouts for webpages, marketing assets, and general PR materials. You will also be using your passion for great art to regularly suggest and drive improvements to the game, both visually and as a whole.

The main responsibilities of a CDI Trainer include:

• Identify and list down job responsibilities that are important and would comprise 80-90 percent of the work that should be done

• Can be listed in order of process or importance

• Example:

  • providing layered illustrations for storyboards, CG sequences, UI elements, online web comics, or game assets
  • mocking up in-game screens according to specifications set by the team leads

Your Success Profile includes:

• Should list down skills, knowledge and/or behaviour

• Can include areas of expertise

• Indicate required educational background

• Previous work experiences needed or preferred

• Any technical skills required (i.e. Java Programming, iOS Applications Development)

• Example:

  • A minimum of 1 year working in the game industry as a concept artist or illustrator
  • A deep understanding of lighting, composition and mood
  • The ability to adapt to new ideas and experiences

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
