Company Nurse / Executive Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the resort healthcare service.
• Provide primary and secondary care to directors, employees, and customers
• Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.
• Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
• Manage inventory relating to healthcare.
• Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
• Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) relating to healthcare.
• Create and deliver training related to healthcare and department process.
• Create/Participate in marketing relevant to healthcare in the resort.
• Participate in and contribute to regular management meetings.

• Nursing degree or similar
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse
• 5+ years experience in nursing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
