Content Writer

Purpose : The content writer is tasked to compose and design effective marketing content and contribute to the expansion of the business and create compelling and informative content to enhance a brand's presence. Produce captivating and engaging narratives for print and digital media. Create written material for various platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral. Duties and Responsibilities: Generating and arranging posts across various social media platforms Simplifying intricate concepts and language for easy comprehension Keeping abreast of industry trends to aid in crafting content Research, write, and enhance content for the company to boost website traffic Aid in updating, migrating, and consolidating content Edit web pages to ensure readability on screens and proofread the final drafts of web pages Collaborating with marketing and design teams to visually enhance articles Performing basic keyword research and adhering to SEO principles for traffic growth Recognizing customer needs and content gaps, suggesting new topics Ensuring consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone throughout Analyse results and effectiveness of creative content campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations Qualifications/ Requirements of the job: Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, Journalism or related field Excellent attention to detail Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Content Writer or similar role. Strong research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role Portfolio of published articles Experience doing research using multiple sources Familiarity with web publications Excellent writing and editing skills in English Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills to ensure accurate, error-free work
