Job Description

As the Creative Lead , you'll lead a team of talented creatives to bring out-of-the-box marketing campaigns to life! You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and then use your design, writing, and branding skills to come up with campaigns that are totally rad and get results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas that blow minds.
• Keep projects on track and on budget while having fun along the way!
• Provide creative direction and feedback to the team to make sure our campaigns are always fresh and innovative.
• Write copy that's clever, witty, and totally on point.
• Present campaigns to clients and stakeholders with energy and excitement.
• Keep up with the latest trends in design, writing, and branding and infuse them into our campaigns.
• Create a culture of creativity and fun within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, advertising, marketing, communication, or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a creative team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts with enthusiasm.
• Proven track record of delivering creative campaigns that hit the mark.
• Expertise in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and writing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Passion for creativity, design, and marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
