Job Description

The Digital Marketing Associate provides the digital marketing strategy and executes insights to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing tactics and campaigns. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the planning, implementing and monitoring of appropriate digital media and social media analytics and media strategies to promote effective online communications and engagement, including developing and maintaining relevant online editorial calendars
• Actively collaborating, coordinating and working productively with internal teams
• Developing and implementing online media campaigns to target key audiences, and measuring success in achieving them, including integrating social media and other audience engagement tools where relevant
• Preparing, packaging and adapting programming material into appropriate and effective digital content
• Applying editorial processes and approval workflows to write, edit, review, and publish digital content
• Reviewing and monitoring digital media for quality and timeliness, for compliance
• Planning and integrating social media and other audience engagement tools as part of the digital strategy, and advising or leading others in their use to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Carrying out day-to-day messaging and marketing of content on social media channels for the advertising campaign, to ensure consistent and appropriate voice depending on the audience/channel
• Identifying opportunities to use existing and emerging online tools

Job Requirements

• College graduate with a degree in marketing, communication or multimedia arts
• 1 to 2 years of digital marketing experience
• Required Skills in the following: photo & video editing, creating presentation decks, running Google & Facebook Ads
• Tech-savvy; updated knowledge on established and new social media and video streaming apps
• Possess top-class Internet proficiency
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
