Job Description
· Collaborate with the team to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience preferences.
· Execute digital marketing activities across the brand’s digital channels, including social media, e-commerce, blog, website, third-party marketplaces, and email newsletters.
· Integrate brand communication and retail marketing activities into the digital platforms of the brand, such as reposting KOLs’ stories, creating store event stories on social media, and others.
· Manage the creation of relevant and engaging content for publishing on various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
· Create and manage a social media content calendar, schedule postings, localize captions from the regional team, and create local captions for locally produced assets.
· Monitoring social media channels’ direct messages, comments, mentions, tags, and relevant conversations about the brand, products and industry trend. Proactively addressing any issues or negative feedback and escalating to appropriate teams for resolutions when necessary.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Ability to work well in a team and independently.
· Amenable to work beyond workings hours
· Amenable to travel locally and internationally when need arises
