As a Digital Marketing Manager at Cebu Pacific Air, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. This role will require a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to effectively promote our brand and drive engagement across various online platforms. This position is full-time and offers remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and increase customer engagement - Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising - Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices - Manage a team of digital marketers to ensure project deadlines are met and goals are achieved

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in digital marketing - Independent and reliable work ethic - Strong planning and people management skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
