Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: Balikbayad is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based remotely, providing the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. - Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing. - Analyze key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements: - Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving results. - Hardworking and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to think strategically. - Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
