Digital Marketing Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is looking for a hardworking and independent Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be done remotely, providing flexibility and autonomy for the right candidate. As an entry-level position, we welcome individuals with no prior experience in digital marketing to apply and grow with us.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract and retain customers. - Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for online visibility and growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. - Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and track performance. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. - A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the role. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
