Digital Marketing Operations SME-Team Lead


What will you do?

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Subject Matter Expert/Team Leader to lead our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, creating, and delivering effective digital marketing campaigns using Marketo or SalesForce Marketing Cloud. This individual will also be responsible for effective collaboration with marketing stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery of campaigns, reports, and insights, as well as handling related requests. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a cross-functional environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Responsible for the management of the team capacity, aligned with the delivery model defined to ensure work is delivered accurately, on time and measured.

· Ensure department process is document as aligned with the stakeholders, and proper change management is executed.

· Provide training and orientation to Pacific marketing new joiners related to market automation operation. Document training and make easily available to teams as an on-going resource.

· Contribute to the enhancement of knowledge and skills of members of digital marketing team.

· Ensure balance workload amongst all the members by monitoring team's deliverables, target achievement and distribution of tasks if necessary (daily, monthly, etc.)

· Provide guidance to team members on challenges related to processes, escalations, and campaigns.

· Main point of contact on escalation related marketing automation deliverables of the team.

· Identify improvement areas by proposing and leading automation and efficiency intiatives in collaboration with the team, CI and stakeholders, looking to align with global capability owners and marketing technology leads on pilots, new features and enhancements to improve performance of campaigns.

· Support in consultation and creation on key projects for the zone such as Innovation Summit, Thought Leadership and Sustainability Index Report.

· In charge of the delivery of campaign reporting and insights for marketing managers, driving prioritization with the team on optimization and campaign improvement items.

· Lead the monthly cadence between Marketing Automation, Marcomms Team & Business partners to ensure strong collaboration, discuss alignment opportunities for smooth work flows and sharing of strategies and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Experience in digital marketing: The candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including creating and managing social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing strategies.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools: The candidate should have experience using various digital marketing tools, examples: Marketo, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, email marketing, social media advertising, and Google Analytics.

· Strong communication and presentation skills: The candidate should be able to effectively communicate with others, both in written and verbal form, and be able to present ideas clearly and concisely.

· Analytical skills: The candidate should be able to analyze data and use it to make informed decisions about the digital marketing campaign's success.

· Leadership skills: The candidate should have experience managing and leading a small team of digital marketing professionals, and be able to provide feedback and guidance to team members.

· Attention to detail: The candidate should be able to pay close attention to details and ensure that the digital marketing campaigns are executed accurately and professionally.

· Strong work ethic: The candidate should have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently and in a team environment to meet project deadlines and goals.

· Ability to think creatively: The candidate should be able to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to digital marketing challenges.

· Ability to stay up to date: The candidate should be able to stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and be able to adapt to changing market demands.

· Ability to handle pressure: The candidate should be able to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
