Position : Digital Marketing Specialist Salary Range : USD 1000-1400 /month Working Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm HST or PST | 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila About The Company The company simplifies the advertising ecosystem for businesses. They specialize in bringing cutting-edge edge ad-tech to businesses of all sizes so that they can run efficient media campaigns using data targeting, data collection, and media buying.
Help maintain & research SEO keyword rankings
Building content calendars & Developing content outlines or briefs based on Google page one SERP analysis
Optimization of web pages and blog posts
Help build & maintain websites using wordpress, bigcommerce, etc. (no coding, just maintain plugins using WordPress)
Keyword performance tracking
Setup, monitor & optimize google ads campaigns
Setup, monitor and optimize email campaigns
Identify target audience and grow our email list
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Create email databases for lead generation
Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Build & analyze performance reports
Provide Administrative support
Requirements
Experience in using Wordpress
Ability to make data driven optimizations to improve conversion rates
Knowledge of maintaining websites
Make updates to improve and optimize SEO rankings
Make changes to improve user engagement and conversion rates
Experience in setting up email campaigns
Create & execute successful a/b tests to improve Revenue per email
Experience growing, and maintaining email lists
Knowledge of creating & analyzing and communicating results from performance reports
Excellent English communication & listening skills
Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proactive and ability to anticipate future needs
Organizational Skills & Ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to learn, grow, and discover new opportunities within this role and your skillset. What you do today will likely be drastically different in 6 months.
Nice To Have
Being comfortable with Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager
Basic bookkeeping, budgeting, AP/AR, and payroll management
Experience using Notion
Ability to automate low level tasks
Ability to handle low level social media posting
