Job Description
We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing Specialists to plan create and implement social media marketing initiatives for Real Estate agents as well as assist with various administrative tasks.
Real Estate experience is preferred but not required.
Daily Responsibilities:
Diversifying lead flow and lead generation through digital marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and target demographics.
Develop comprehensive marketing plans for individual properties or real estate projects.
Implement digital marketing campaigns including social media advertising email marketing and online listings.
Optimize property listings web pages and blog posts for search engines
Create marketing materials (brochures flyers digital posters listing presentations etc.).
Creating Instagram Reels and stories.
Growth in social media reach and connecting with investors over social media
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
College educated
Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff a timetracking application
Social media marketing experience
Photo and video editing experience graphic design experience
Passion for digital marketing with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Professionallevel English (written and verbal/voice)
Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite tools
Transaction coordination experience (not required)

Up to PHP 42500 a month (Based on experience)
