Are you ready for this transformative challenge About the job: Role: Executive Assistant Work schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday Fixed Weekends off | 9 AM - 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Can be flexible but has to be cognizant of the deadlines and timelines Salary Range: Up to US$ 1,500.00 per month We are seeking a skilled Analytics Specialist with a focus on social media platforms, specifically Facebook and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from our clients' social media accounts, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations. Additionally, this role involves analyzing potential new clients based on analytics trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships. ===== Key Responsibilities:
  • Working to find and develop new creators on Ecommerce stores
  • Facilitating internal Ecommerce brands
  • Including expanding on partnerships, coordination, execution and marketing
  • TikTok Shop Facilitation and Aid for managers: Creating strategic plans
  • Analytics Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube analytics to understand performance metrics, audience behavior, and engagement trends
  • Insights & Recommendations: Translate data findings into clear insights and develop strategic action items to improve client performance on these platforms
  • Reporting: Create comprehensive reports highlighting key analytics, trends, and recommendations for clients
  • Client Communication: Present findings and strategies to clients, explaining complex data in an understandable way
  • New Client Analysis: Research and analyze potential new clients, using analytics trends to assess their social media presence and potential for growth
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics to continuously improve analysis methods
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align analytics insights with overall marketing strategies
  • Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements
  • At least a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the role
  • Ecommerce both Global and US
  • Expertise in Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube monetization and analytics
  • Proficient English speakers and can communicate directly with talent
  • Plus if you are located in Dubai
  • Rather more analytical than digital marketing/creative experience
  • Plus if they have connections in the Ecommerce or social media space already
  • Avid watcher of YouTube, Facebook etc. with a focus on English speaking accounts and processes
  • Able to adjust to their Timezone
  • Knowledgeable of the social media space
  • Hard no on someone who doesn't know anything about YouTube Space - influencers
  • Super Passionate and someone who exposes themselves to content outside of only PH creators
  • Knowledgeable of the social media space

  • Self-Starter: While ample support and mentoring will be provided, we seek someone who can take initiative and be proactive
  • Mission Motivated: A deep sense of excitement and motivation for the longevity of the role
  • Long-term Commitment: A desire to grow with the client over the long term and continuously expand knowledge and expertise
  • Attention to Detail: Being detail-oriented and meticulous in all aspects of work is crucial to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • English Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Curiosity and Inquisitiveness: A willingness to ask questions and learn in a dynamic environment
  • Excited and Mission Motivated: Eager to contribute to our client's mission in longevity in the Social Media and talent influencing field.
