Responsibilities
• Execution of the Philippines Communications and Marketing Plan • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Deliver consistent, effective communications through various channels • Enable plan execution by fostering relationships with leadership teams • Build a media program to secure coverage and brand ambassador program • Create and produce various communication content • Establish strong internal networks and facilitate community engagement • Develop performance measures and analytics to monitor plan effectiveness • Provide strategic communications expertise to support organizational requirements • Build and lead the communications team
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications • Minimum 15 years' experience in media management, corporate communications, and public relations • Experience in B2B or B2C with at least 5 years in team management • Strong relationship-building skills with media • Exceptional written communication skills and experience • Decision-making prowess in managing complex issues • Financial acumen in managing functional expenditure and resources • Experience in accounting or outsourcing industry highly regarded
