What are we looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This person will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and coaching and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach
• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and accounts
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in the same capacity
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Ability to travel for work as needed
