E-Commerce Specialist

Xpressflower is looking for an experienced eCommerce Specialist to be part of our Retail eCommerce team.

You are someone who is Positive, Driven, and Creative! You have basic User Experience and Web HTML knowledge (but want to learn more!).

What do we expect from you? 

General

• Work very closely with the Marketing Team to ensure all the Product and merchandise are properly represented in our Online Store and other Sales Channels
• Understanding the online Customer Journey and constantly seeking to enhance their experience.
• Design and create exciting media assets for various Social Media channels, Websites and others

Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare business data for the online sales performance 

Design

• Design and develop high converting landing pages
• Experience in basic web coding using WYSIWYG editors
• Partake in the understanding of customer's journey >> research >> conceptualize >> design
• Create Wireframes for various enhancements
• Create online collaterals such as Banners/Digital Artworks/Social Media content.
• Create simple videos using editors like Capcut 

eCommerce Store

• Manage the eCommere Store and Product Catalog
• Experience with eCommerce Software(eg: shopify)  will be an added advantage
• Monitor and maintain the smooth functioning of the website
• Prepare product images (clean up and editing)
• Product write-up (for on-page SEO purposes)
• Upload product details to various digital platforms
• Monitor stock level on the website and update quantities
• Maintaining landing pages & catalogue updates
• Updating the website SEO efforts to the current best practices 

What do we need from you?

• Diploma in design, fine arts, or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required Non-related academic background will be considered if someone presents a strong portfolio.
• Min. 2-3 years of experience working with either websites, e-marketing, and advertising.
• Strong in Photoshop, illustrator, Capcut, Canva and/or relevant design tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Good command of English)
• Strong aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of visual design impacting buyer’s desire.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography.
• Knowledge in Web Layout/Scripting using HTML or WYSIWYG editor is a MUST
• A passion to inspire great design and ideas in a team environment
• Great Personality with a Positive Attitude in general
