Email Marketer

Description:
We are seeking a talented Email Marketer to join our team and lead our email marketing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Email Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

2. Content Creation: Create captivating and relevant content for email campaigns, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia elements. Tailor content to target different audience segments and maximize engagement.

3. Email Automation: Implement automated email workflows to nurture leads, onboard new subscribers, and re-engage inactive clients. Continuously optimize workflows based on performance metrics and customer behavior.

4. Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize clients' data to segment email lists and personalize content based on demographics and preferences. Test different segmentation strategies to improve targeting and relevance.

5. Client Re-engagement: Develop and implement email strategies to reconnect with past clients. Create compelling email content to encourage repeat business.

6. Effective Communication: Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling email content.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2. Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

3. Proficiency in email marketing platforms

4. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.

5. Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques.

6. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis.

7. Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance requirements.
