Email Marketing Specialist

Position Responsibilities

Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and passionate Marketing Specialist who will join the Marketing Operations team. You will work closely with the stakeholders in planning and executing Deltek's email marketing campaigns. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns, managing the database and creating the target audience that will be used for marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders in managing and creating emails that promote our products and services
• Ensure accurate, timely execution of email campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to stakeholders
• Create and optimize HTML templates for email campaigns
• Build effective target audiences and segments for different marketing campaigns
• Set up multi-step campaigns in Eloqua and perform A/B tests on emails
• Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and processes
• Ensure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices
• Plan and create activity-based nurture campaigns to move leads through the buyer's cycle
• Create forms and landing pages for lead generation
• Monitor campaigns, generate campaign reports, analyze results and recommend optimization strategies
• Discuss data and analysis to different stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing
• Experience in working with Eloqua or similar marketing automation tool
• Proficient in HTML, CSS (JavaScript is a plus but not required)
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver
• Good knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations
• Strong proofreading and editing skills with the ability to think critically about the content
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
• Great presentation skills
• Good project management and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing to work night shift or mid shift
