A. Knowledge Requirement:
• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course, with a Degree preferably in Business
Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
B. Skills Requirement:
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate with all levels of people; good inter-personal skills
- Meticulous, good attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision
- Good customer service orientation
- Preferably with some Sales background
- Computer literate (particularly excel and powerpoint) and appreciates technology
- Research methods and report writing skills
C. Attitude:
- Ability to take an independent position in the face of opposition.
- Ability to keep functioning effectively when under pressure and maintains self control
in the face of hostility or provocation.
- Responsible, reliable, and can be trusted with very confidential matters
- Flexible, open to different and new ways of doing things; willing to modify one's
preferred way of doing things.
- Ability to ensure that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed.
- Ability to gain others' support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions.
D. Work Experience
• Preferably with at least three (3) years work experience in similar capacity. Well-
considered is a prior executive level experience.
