Executive Assistant

LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Executive Assistant (Project Manager + Email Marketer)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, Flexible with 2 hours overlap Pacific Time (morning)

Salary Range: 1200 - 1600 USD/month plus performance bonus (to be assessed and approved by the client based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities)

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the right-hand person to the executive, managing multiple projects and ensuring they stay on track.
• Provide support in project execution, offering assistance where needed with a keen eye for detail and organization.
• Over-communicate project updates, deadlines, and any relevant information to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and coordination.

Requirements

Tools:

• Proficiency in project management software such as Asana and Notion, with experience in utilizing these tools for effective project organization.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Canva for email campaign editing and design.
• Ability to perform quick test edits for email marketing campaigns, though major edits may not be required.
• Knowledge of automation tools, particularly Zapier, is advantageous for streamlining processes.

Qualifications:

• Preference for candidates with direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience, especially within the wellness industry.
• While DTC experience is desirable, enthusiasm and interest in the industry can compensate.
• Flexible on years of experience, with competency being the key factor. Candidates with 1-7 years of experience are welcome to apply.
