Field Sales Agents are professionals who increase sales by developing relationships with potential customers. They follow up on leads and maintain those already won over. They may identify prospective clients or make sure that current ones are satisfied. As they do this, they keep an eye out for new opportunities as they arise. The Field Sales Agent is the one sent by the company to offer and sell products to various types of customers such as sari-sari stores, convenience stores, and markets (palengke). Getting sales using various customer sales methods. Collecting payments from customers or clients. Booking. Forecasting sales, developing sales strategies or models, and evaluating their effectiveness. Evaluating customers' skills and needs, and building productive long-lasting relationships. Meet personal and team sales targets. Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep updated on the latest developments. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data. Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
